The First Review Meeting for the AWARD H2020 project took place in Brussels, on the 6th of September 2022 and was hosted by IRU, the world road transport (non-profit) organisation based in Geneva, one of the project partners in AWARD. The AWARD team met for the 1st time face-to-face to discuss the so far project achievements.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Before the 1st review meeting, the team met on the 5th of September 2022, to discuss, prepare and fine-tune the presentations. The team was welcomed by Raluca Marian<\/a>\u00a0the Director of EU Advocacy and General Delegate of the Permanent Delegation to the EU at\u00a0IRU<\/a>, one of the project partners in AWARD H2020. Both days the 5th and the 6th of September were led by the project coordinators Easy Mile. The 1st review meeting resulted in useful takeaways given by the reviewers: Andrea De Candido<\/a>,\u00a0Paola Chiarini<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Sergio Escriba<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0European Commission.<\/a> As the only EU flagship funded project running in the Avs for the freight logistic, with a strong impact on the overall transportation system from water, air and land our team will put a strong focus on making the project outcomes reusable and easily applicable to other projects of the same sector. Thus, when we look at the impact in terms of the project outcomes, we will put effort into not only the scientific objectives but also the frame of the bigger picture so that the results will further develop.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
