In total there were approx. 37 participants.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"en-GB\"> The objective of the workshop was to present the latest findings in the <strong>Market analysis of AWARD<\/strong>, the SWOT analysis, <a href=\"https:\/\/award-h2020.eu\/index.php\/excellence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">present the use-cases<\/a> developed in AWARD and the <strong>Fleet Management System<\/strong> <strong>from a business perspective <\/strong>and get feedback from the experts on important aspects that will allow AWARD to develop sustainable and financially viable business models based on the 4 use-cases implemented.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section SCXW194831226 BCX0\">During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to share their views on how business models can be shaped for automated logistics operations. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW194831226 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW194831226 BCX0\">The workshop went beyond the survey and debated the results, to identify the ways different applications of automation should be <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW194831226 BCX0\">commercialised<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW194831226 BCX0\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/award-h2020.eu\/index.php\/award-survey-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"TextRun lang=\"en-US\">debated on the polling questions and interesting discussion on the <strong>value automation<\/strong> brings compared to<strong> traditional human-driven vehicle<\/strong>, the resources and infrastructure required to shift to automated vehicles in logistics, the ROI of automated vehicles and whether an autonomous vehicle (leased or purchased) can be best used by
